Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase — no exceptions. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, contact us at store@dokkanni.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (flat fee: $20). However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the full return cost.

We ship directly from our workshop in Egypt, and our support team operates from the UK.

Damages & Issues

We take quality seriously. Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll fix it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards and discounted items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Exchanges

If you want a different color or item, simply return your original and place a new order after approval.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return your order for any reason. Items must be in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at store@dokkanni.com.
